Bistro is a modern neo-bistro, located in a wing of the contemporary farmhouse of the gourmet restaurant AIR DU TEMPS.
BISTRO is a new, authentic and relaxed dining experience inspired by the surrounding nature.
San Degeimbre entrusts the stoves there to Benjamin Denis, a young chef from the Liège region. Benjamin draws his inspiration from unforgettable family meals and his grandmother’s enchanting vegetable garden. Embodying the epicurean chef of his generation, he brings his know-how and enthusiasm to the new project of San Degeimbre.
BISTRO offers an authentic and inspiring culinary experience, with a warm atmosphere of natural materials and hues evoking both nature and vintage reminiscences.
The garden that surrounds BISTRO creates a total immersion in a relaxing environment, influencing the cuisine. A balance between rigor and relaxation characterizes this approach, where exceptional products are combined with simplified techniques. The dishes, reflections of collective memory, are presented with a contemporary aesthetic.
BISTRO opens Tuesday lunchtime, Wednesday/Thursday/Friday lunchtime and evening only.
