Our private dining space opens the doors to a truly unique experience within our restaurant.
Designed to welcome 8 to 18 guests, this intimate and refined setting features its own open kitchen, offering privileged immersion into the world of Chef Degeimbre and his team.

With its private terrace and garden, this space becomes the stage for an unforgettable moment where gastronomy, conviviality and exclusivity come together.
Guests enjoy a direct view of the kitchen and personalised interaction with the Chef or Executive Chef, further enhancing the exceptional nature of the experience.

The Exclusive Experience

The experience is offered with our all-inclusive “Suprématie” menu at €380 per person, including:
Aperitif and amuse-bouches, the Suprématie menu, a wine selection or non-alcoholic pairing, water throughout the meal, coffee and mignardises.

This experience can be enhanced with our seasonal suggestions, a curated cheese selection, or a signature dish upon request.
Wine choices can also be tailored in collaboration with our sommelier, according to your preferences and the availability of our cellar.
